TOBACCO MANHATTAN

Our signature twist on a traditional Manhattan – cask-aged in Canadian Oak Barrels and infused with tobacco leaves. Approachable, yet layered, this century-old classic presents as woody and round with just a touch of sweetness. Lot 40 Single Copper Pot Still Canadian Whiskey, sweet vermouth, and angostura bitters.

BAR TOOLS REQUIRED:

  • Yarai Mixing Pitcher

  • Hawthorne Strainer

  • Rocks Glass

  • Drunken Cherry (optional finishing touch)

HOW TO BUILD YOUR TOBACCO MANHATTAN:

  1. Add 2oz of TBK’s Tobacco Manhattan directly to a Yarai Mixing pitcher.

  2. Add ice and stir slowly with a bar spoon.

  3. Strain contents into a rocks glass using a Hawthorne Strainer.

  4. Add a king cube ice cube and two drunken cherries for the final finishing touch!

WINTER MOJITO

Our signature twist on a traditional mojito – channeling warm undertones of cinnamon and nutmeg with a hint of cranberry, citrus, and fresh mint. crafted by our bar chefs and café baristas. House-infused Havana 7-year winter rum, house spiced simple syrup, drunken cranberries, freshly muddled mint, lime juice, and cranberry juice. Check out the instructions below to give this pre-made cocktail that special finishing touch!

BAR TOOLS REQUIRED:

    • Jigger (1oz/2oz)
    • Boston Shaker & Mixing Tin
    • Hawthorne Strainer
    • Cubed ice – Lots of it!
    • Highball Glass
    • Soda Water
    • Fresh Mint (5 leaves)
    • Drunken Cranberries (5)

HOW TO BUILD YOUR WINTER MOJITO:

    1. Add 4 mint leaves and 3 drunken cranberries directly to Boston shaker mixing tin. Muddle ingredients using a muddler.
    2. Add 4oz of TBK’s Winter Mojito directly to the Boston shaker mixing tin using a jigger for accurate measurement.
    3. Add 1 full scoop of ice directly to Boston Shaker.
    4. Add contents of mixing tin directly to Boston shaker. Lightly tap the top of the tin with palm of your hand to create a seal.
    5. Shake vigorously with both hands over your shoulder until the outside of the shaker is cold to the touch.
    6. Remove the top of the shaker, and strain into a Highball glass over fresh ice using Hawthorne strainer 

    7. Top with soda water, and finish with 1 sprig of fresh mint and 2 drunken cranberries on a skewer for the true OG experience!

TBK ESPRESSO-TINI

Our signature twist on an Espresso Martini – crafted by our bar chefs and café baristas. Absolut vodka, Kahlúa, simple syrup, fresh-brewed espresso - from Propeller Coffee Co. 
Check out the instructions below to give this pre-made cocktail that special finishing touch!

BAR TOOLS REQUIRED:

  • Cubed ice – lots of it!

  • Jigger (1oz/2oz)

  • Boston Shaker + mixing glass/tin

  • Hawthorne Strainer

  • Coupe Glass

  • Aquafaba foam (**Optional – promotes maximum frothiness)

  • Cocoa Power or Cinnamon (**Optional finishing touch)

  • Coffee Beans (optional finishing touch)

HOW TO BUILD YOUR TBK ESPRESSO TINI:

  1. Add 4oz of TBK’s Espresso Martini directly to the mixing Tin using a jigger.

  2. Add 1oz of aquafaba to the mixing tin for some vegan frothiness (optional).

  3. Add 1 full scoop of ice directly to the Boston Shaker.

  4. Place the mixing glass/lid on the top of the shaker, and lightly tap with palm of your hand to create a seal.

  5. Shake vigorously with both hands over your shoulder until the outside of the shaker is cold to the touch.

  6. Remove the top of the shaker, and strain into a Martini or Coupe glass within a Hawthorne strainer.

  7. Finish with a cocoa powder dust or cinnamon for a final finishing touch!
