"I love being part of a team and giving guests an experience! I found a love of food and wine at the start of my career in Niagara through Vineland Estates then Peller Estates with a combined of 16 years in their restaurants. My journey lead me to the Waterloo area, where I met my husband and chose The Bauer Kitchen because of its Winemakers dinner events showcasing Niagara winemakers and wineries. It felt like a perfect fit. Almost 7 years later and I haven't looked back! Food and wine are my passions and they spill out into my life outside of work. I love to cook and matching what I make with a great bottle of wine makes me truly happy."
